- Technical Data — Standard technical data including browser type, device type, and IP address.

- Save and sync your schedules across devices

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the Service. Google Analytics collects information such as how often you visit the site, what pages you visit, and what other sites you visited prior to coming to the Service. We use this information solely to improve the Service.
Google Analytics collects the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit the Service, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine information collected through Google Analytics with personally identifiable information.

Data Storage & Third-Party Services
Rowbot uses Supabase (supabase.com) to store account information and schedule data. If you connect your own Supabase project, your data is stored there and governed by your own configuration.
We also work with the following categories of third-party services:
- Authentication providers (for magic link sign-in)
- Hosting and infrastructure providers
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics)
- Advertising networks (Google AdSense and others)
These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and are not permitted to use your data for purposes other than providing services to us, except where noted above for advertising.
Data Retention
We retain your account and schedule data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes. Analytics and advertising data is retained per the respective third-party provider's data retention policies.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — Request that we correct inaccurate data
- Deletion — Request that we delete your account and associated data
- Portability — Request your data in a portable format
